This settlement was achieved by partner, Gregory S. Lombardi, for a construction worker injured at a #construction #jobsite when he #fell from an I beam while carrying lumber. The #injuredworker was not provided the requisite #safetyharnesses, #ladders, and/or #hoists to complete this work. As a result of this #accident, the #injuredworker suffered a #tornmeniscus which required #surgery and an injury to his back.

This settlement was obtained despite significant hurdles, including prior injuries to the same body parts and the fact that the #injuredworker was able to return to work after the accident. We are pleased that we were able to obtain this #personalinjury recovery and just #compensation for this #injuredworker.
