Chris Hatgipetros is a Senior associate in the real estate department at the law office of Georgaklis & Mallas PLLC. She received a B.A., cum laude, from New York University in 2002 and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2005. She is admitted to both New York and New Jersey.
She has been a lecturer on continuing education panels with respect to cooperative and residential real estate closings. She has substantial experience in representing purchasers, sellers, and lenders in all facets of both residential and commercial real estate transactions.
