Leslie D. Knight, Esq. received her Juris Doctor degree with honors from Brooklyn Law School in 2011. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2012. While in law school, she interned with the New York City Law Department in the General Litigation Division.
Upon graduation, she was hired as an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Manhattan Borough Unit of the Tort Division to defend the City of New York and its employees in personal injury and property damage cases. As an attorney for the City of New York, Ms. Knight represented large city agencies such as the Department of Transportation and the Department of Parks and Recreation, and also individuals such as police officers, firefighters, and teachers.
Her personal injury case experience includes motor vehicle accidents, trip and slip and falls, and negligent supervision. Ms. Knight now uses her experience in personal injury litigation to represent plaintiffs.
